Meet the Team

Mountain Range

You may be deciding whether you should try therapy and have landed on this page during your search. The journey can sometimes be overwhelming because it is important to find someone with whom you feel comfortable and connected. Keep in mind whatever challenge you are dealing with (grappling with depression, not being able to escape the worries swirling in your mind, feeling heavy with loss and grief, feeling dissatisfied with your relationship, or lacking direction or a sense of purpose) is part of our shared human experience. It is ok if you are not sure where to begin and how to navigate life’s challenges. There is support and resources and you don’t have to do it alone. Therapy will provide you with a safe space where you can examine and explore the stuck area in your life and learn how to move beyond it. In my role as your therapist, I will provide you with emotional containment and support. Together we will challenge unfavorable perceptions you may have about yourself, discover and cultivate your unique traits, and help you become the best version of yourself. I will help you step out of your comfort zone, confront the past, and let go of beliefs and values that no longer serve you. In my therapeutic approach, I primarily use an existential framework and weave in Narrative therapeutic principles, Inner Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness. Let’s connect and find out if we are a good match.
